Our Samsung Drier stopped working over the weekend and fortunately for us it was still under the one year manufactures warranty. We were contacted by Dougs Appliances within 24 hours and they sent a service technician out the following business day. (Dickie ) The service technician was very polite and best of all very knowledgeable in his field of work . He identified the problem and had it repaired and running under 45 minutes! I will definitely recommend Dougs Appliance Repairs to friends and family in the future. 2 Thumbs Up !!
