  I just had a bad experience at this Lowe's location. First I had to wait about 10 minutes before the guy at the paint department acknowledged my presence. Then when I gave him a sample to mix colors for the paint he said that it would just come out black instead of trying. I insisted that he try and it come out a perfect match. After that I went to use the restroom and all of the toilets except for one had either urine toilet paper or poop in them. There was a Lowe's associate in the restroom at the time and I asked him about it and he said they clean it once every morning. After that I loaded up a buggy and went to check out in the garden department. The buggy I was pushing when I checked out was blocked right at the exit door a little bit by a safety cone. I asked the cashier which was two feet away from it could she slide it over a couple inches for me to get out and she said we cannot move safety cones. It literally only needed to be moved over about 2 inches for the front of the buggy to get by and I asked her Are you seriously not going to move that over a couple inches for me to get this Buggy Out because I could not turn around where I was at with the people there then she decided to go ahead and move it a little bit. I am not one to get on a review board and complain but with experience I had at this Lowe's location today I felt the need to do so.

  I saw an ad for free carpet installation online so I I clicked it and it took me to Lowe’s. The next day someone from the Charlotte store called me. I explained to him where I lived and he said he would put me back in the system for a store closer to me call me. 3 days later a lady from a Charlotte store called and stated the same thing. I told her I got a call from a gentlemen 3 days ago and he said the same thing. A week later a different guy called and guess from where. Yes a Charlotte store. Smh. Let’s say it took about another week for someone from the store nearest me to call. I was getting upset then. Long story short. After the sublet company came out and measured and I went to pick out carpet and pay for it. It’s going to take a total of about 3 weeks for my carpet to be installed. I would never recommend anyone looking to buy carpet to Lowe’s. On top of that there sign says free installation free carpet removal free furniture removal and more but the company they sublet to say they don’t move furniture. I’m seriously thinking about going to get my money back. I purchased a whole house of carpet and got nothing but headaches in appreciation of my business smh
