The Company said there would be a tech here between 1 - 5pm. Called company at 445pm and I was told no matter what someone would be there tonight. Got a call from Tech Nate said he was on his way at 830pm at night and never showed up for service!!!! This company is very unprofessional, and is unaccountable for their actions, Lie and over book appointments to make money.
